Scheduled Board Meeting: May 7, 2013, 8:00 pm EST
Pending unforeseen circumstances,
the BOD meeting will be held
the 2nd Tuesday of each month during 2013.
All issues and concerns that members wish to have addressed
at the next BOD
meeting must be presented by email/letter to the Board no less than 7 days prior
to the next scheduled Board Meeting. Committee reports should be submitted
in
a word document form. If items are not received by 7 days
prior to the
scheduled
meeting, they will be added to the Agenda of the following meeting.
