Novice Performance Classes to Receive Points & Awards

Masters Class Added to Performance Divisions
A Masters Class has been added to the performance divisions for those very advanced
 and experienced animals who have earned six Performance Champion titles in the
Advanced division.  If shows do not have enough entries to make a Masters division,
Masters may be combined with Advanced classes.

ALSA National Youth Lama Association
A National Youth Lama Association has been approved with ALSA as the sponsor.
All ALSA youth members will automatically have a membership.  Watch for further
annoucements of the benefits of this new youth lama association.  ANYLA

Showing Teeth in Showmanship
A Judge may NOT request that a Showman show the teeth in Showmanship or Halter class.

Pooping in the Ring
A Judge may NOT penalize any exhibitor's animal for pooping in the ring.  This can not be controlled no matter how many times the animal is taken to the poop pile. (Judges meeting 10-23-08)

A Showmanship Guide is being prepared for Judges and Exhibitors.  Judie Moser
